Eco Gas 5 is designed & developed to measure O2, CO, Co2, HC content of SI vehicle exhaust using NDIR technology, upgradable for NOx measurement is equipped with PETROL / CNG/LPG selection for HC Gas measurement with automatic condensate discharge & zero calibration, displays PEF/ RPM/ LAMDA/ AFR Values.

Eco Smoke measures smoke opacity of diesel vehicles in % opacity and K value with partial flow, optics based on folded geometry, suitable for free acceleration test enabled with handheld, menu driven LCD remote control unit. DC operation suits “Road Test”, using vehicle battery, measures RPM, engine oil temperature. Gives detailed print out with vehicle information, specification & pass/ fail information with emission norms.

Both Gas & Smoke analyzers were designed to suit European and UK emission norms. The hardware, software and the test sequence is modified to suit the local homologation norms. Manatec emission analyzers are exported to Europe, UK and Australia among other countries with successful customization to suit local homologation norms.
