Manatec’s customer support to the international distributors has been exclusive and to the maximum. The company considers its overseas partners as an extension of its own arm and provide maximum care and instant support. Our dedicated Customer Support Department works scientifically with constant interaction with customers before & after the warranty period, acquiring feedback, generating Management Information System, to fine-tune our processes. Clear service policies are devised to ensure uninterrupted support to customers.

International customer support desk has been established at our Head Office in Pondicherry, to give instant and speedy solutions. Video Service solutions are given online using the webcam IP facility, which enables the operator to interact with our Service centre lively to get the necessary clarifications.

 

WARRANTY SUPPORT
Warranty support will be provided to our overseas distributors for a period of 15 months from the date of dispatch of the equipment.

POST WARRANTY SUPPORT
Post warranty Support will be provided by our overseas distributors on chargeable basis to their customers.

SPARES
Adequate spares are stocked at the head office in Pondicherry to supply to our overseas distributors at minimum lead times. The frequently required spares will be maintained as stock by our overseas distributors at all times. The spares are offered at competitive cost compared to International makes of garage equipment.

USER MANUALS
The Operating manual and Service manual provided along with the equipments guides the operator in installation & trouble shooting of the machine.

TECHNICAL UPDATION
All technical specification, technical changes, problem solving methods, corrections and service tips will be regularly communicated to our overseas distributors from time to time from our overseas support desk.

TRAINING TO OUR OVERSEAS DISTRIBUTORS AND THEIR STAFF
Sufficient training on product features, service techniques will be given to our overseas distributors at Manatec’s training center at our head office in Pondicherry. The centre is equipped with air-conditioned audio-visual class room and a lab where live models of product assemblies are arranged. Here training on component / modular level servicing is offered. Furthermore, training on fault diagnosis and quick fixes are also given.
