Manatec perhaps has the best service network in India for garage equipment. The company has ------service engineers across the country, to offer timely after sales service to the buyers. The head office at Pondicherry has a support team of -----engineers that work in close tandem with its field engineers. The services range from Installation, Commissioning, Training, Warranty & Post-warranty services. All Manatec products carry 12 months warranty period during which Manatec service engineers make 4 mandatory preventive maintenance visits. Per call & AMC policies are introduced for post-warranty services.

SERVICE NETWORK
Our dedicated Customer Support Department works scientifically with constant interaction with customers before & after the warranty period, acquiring feedback, generating Management Information System, to finetune our processes. Clear service policies are devised to ensure uninterrupted support to customers.

 

OUR SERVICES HIGHLIGHTS
Strategic Service Network - all over India, service engineers are strategically posted in 50 locations across India, in order to attend the calls within 4 hours. This strategy has been well appreciated by our customers, since the down time of their equipments is kept to the minimum.

All the service engineers are provided with mobile phone for easy and instant access.

Experienced Senior Managers at Zonal Offices to support the field engineers for providing effective services to our clients.

System of regular analysis of field problems and interaction with R&D and Production departments.

PRE-INSTALLATION SITE PREPARATION
Necessary advise with technical drawings are provided to the customers for the preparation of site, before the installation of equipment.

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
After preparation of the site, the equipments are installed, checked and calibrated to suit the on-site field requirement.

TRAINING TO TECHNICIAN
Necessary training is provided to the technicians to operate the equipment. Sometimes training is imparted at the theoretical level also followed by practical training. Simple trouble-shooting tips are offered to rectify the machine in case of minor faults. Training on safety aspects are also included.

WARRANTY SUPPORT
1 year warranty support is provided to the customer from the date of Installation & Commissioning of the equipment, on site. The warranty covers, the breakdown services and replacement of spares, which fail due to any manufacturing defect.
