TRAINING TO OUR OVERSEAS DISTRIBUTORS AND THEIR STAFF Sufficent training on product features, service techniques will be given to our overseas distributors at Manatec. We have a fully equiped and structured training centre at our Corporate Office, with modern, air-conditioned class room, audio-visual aids and most experienced faculties.
WARRANTY SUPPORT Warranty support will be provided to the customers by our overseas distributors for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 13 months from the date of despatch of the equipment, whichever is earlier.
POST WARRANTY SUPPORT Post warranty Support will be provided by our overseas distributors on chargeable basis to the customer.
SPARES The strategically required spares will be maintained as stock by our overseas distributors at all times in sufficient quantity to provide uninterrupted, smooth service to the customers.
TECHNICAL UPDATION All technical specification, technical changes, problem solving methods, corrections and service tips etc.. will be regularly communicated to our overseas distributors from time to time.
